HOLIDAY SHIPMENTS

PLEASE NOTE: We will be closed Dec 23rd - January 8th... Dec 22nd is last Shipping Day before holidays. You will need to specify UPS Overnight Delivery at Checkout - to get your package by December 24th, and UPS 2 Day if you order Dec 22nd for Dec 24th delivery. UPS 3 day Ground if you order Dec 21st for Dec 24th delivery. We cannot guarantee any regular ground shipments arriving by Dec 24th that are not ordered before Dec 16th, although the closer you live to California, the more likely you will recieve your package in time... 3 Day Ground is much safer choice, since it is guaranteed by UPS...

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may return any item for any reason, within 30 days, for full refund, minus all Shipping costs.
We will exchange any item and charge you return shipping.
If item is damaged on receipt, or wrongly shipped by us, please contact us to arrange exchange,
or refund (including all shipping costs).

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

We ship most orders within 48 hours. We use UPS Ground, unless expediated shipping is requested, for additional fee on Checkout. Last shipping day of year is Dec 22nd. We are closed Dec 23rd through January 8th. SHIPPING RATES HERE

DAMAGED GOODS
Any items that are not received as shipped, or that are damaged on arrival, shall be re-shipped to the customer. Please contact orders@kelticdesigns.com and give your details including invoice or order number, and problem. Please see RETURNS policy.

BACK ORDERS
Any items that are currently not in stock, we will email you, and let you know when we will be able to ship the out of stock item to you..
The bulk of the order will be shipped out immediately, and the out of stock item will be shipped at not extra shipping charges when it comes in, unless we hear otherwise from you.

Since your card is charged automatically when you place your order, if for any reason there is a significant delay with our shipping an out of stock item, we will refund your card until the item is actually shipped.

PO BOXES
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES We need an alternate address -such as your work address, family, friend, or neighbor- to send all USA shipments - UPS does not ship to PO BOXES... Sorry for any inconvenience. Back to Top of Page

RETURNS
Any items damaged on arrival, or wrongly shipped, we shall replace at no charge within 30 days of receipt of order. We may require that the items are returned to us for full shipping credit to customer by UPS ground or similar service, in this case.
All other returns, or exchanges, such as a change of mind, or change of size or color, require an RMA number from us, and all shipping costs shall be paid by customer.

Product Guide Prices Retail & Printable Order form
If you do not wish to order online. Telephone (415) 668-0204, and leave your order and V/MC info on our private office answering machine. We are the only people who monitor this machine, and it is a simple and secure way to process your order.

If you wish to use our Printable Order Form, you may fax the information including your V/MC # (including your name as it appears on the card, and your expiration date) to our private fax machine (415) 668 2321.

If you want to send a cheque or money order, please refer to our Order Form (below) for shipping costs and Sales tax (8.5% California residents only).

If you are ordering from outside USA, V/MC is the easiest and quickest payment.
If you want to pay with International Money order, (no international cheques please) email and request we will email you back with the total for you to send to our office at 540 Balboa Street, San Francisco, CA 94118.

We ship most International Orders including Canada, Europe via US Post Office Priority Mail.
