If you are ordering from outside USA, V/MC is the easiest and quickest payment.
If you want to pay with International Money order, (no international cheques please) email and request we will email you back with the total for you to send to our office at 540 Balboa Street, San Francisco, CA 94118.
We can also arrange for an Bank Transfer of funds to our bank...

We ship to Canada Parcel Post Air, & all other International orders US Post EMS.
For larger orders we can arrange shipping with specialised Freight carrier including customs clearance services.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

We ship most orders within 48 hours. Please specify preferred Shipping Method at Checkout. Last shipping day of year is Dec 22nd. We are closed Dec 23rd through January 8th.

DAMAGED GOODS
Any items that are not received as shipped, or that are damaged on arrival, shall be re-shipped to the customer. Please contact orders@kelticdesigns.com and give your details including invoice or order number, and problem. Please see RETURNS policy.

BACK ORDERS
Any items that are currently not in stock, we will email you, and let you know when we will be able to ship the out of stock item to you..
The bulk of the order will be shipped out immediately, and the out of stock item will be shipped when it comes in, unless we hear otherwise from you.

PO BOXES
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES We need an alternate address -such as your work address, family, friend, or neighbor- to send all USA shipments - UPS does not ship to PO BOXES... Sorry for any inconvenience. Back to Top of Page

RETURNS
Any items damaged on arrival, or wrongly shipped, we shall replace at no charge within 30 days of receipt of order. We may require that the items are returned to us for full shipping credit to customer by UPS ground or similar service, in this case.
All other returns, or exchanges, such as a change of mind, or change of size or color, require an RMA number from us, and all shipping costs shall be paid by customer. Please contact us at
